APPARTAMENTO TORRE is located in a beautifully restored 18th-century Tuscan country house located on ‘The Wine Road’ between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri. It’s the perfect base for your holiday: sandy beaches a few minute drive away, shaped by cypress-lined cycling routes, and tiny villages nestled between the sea and the hills. Alloggio situato in ottima posizione rispetto al centro di Castiglioncello, a pochi passi dal mare e dai principali servizi. Di recente ristrutturazione, con arredo pratico, moderno ma di gusto è dotata di tutti i comfort per garantire un soggiorno gradevole. La zona in cui trova la casa si affaccia su di una bella costa, dove la scoglera si alterna alla sabbia e insenature rocciose che consentono di godere passeggiate a piedi sul lungomare, o in bicicletta nei sentieri del promontorio.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

蒂雷尼亚（Tirrenia）的海滨：在比萨附近享受文化和放松。

Fronte mare a Tirrenia, in centro. Unisce il relax del mare alla vicinanza alle più belle città d'arte della Toscana. Attraversando la strada si accede al mare dal Bagno Siria. Pisa e l'aeroporto sono a 15' in auto e sulla strada si trova la basilica romanica di S. Piero a Grado. Livorno è a 15' in auto. Siena, Lucca, Firenze sono mete di un giorno. L'Istituto Stella Maris è a 5' in auto. Ideale per famiglie con bambini, ma anche per lavorare da remoto, grazie alla veloce connessione wifi.

Bright and charming apartment completely renovated, 50 meters from the sea! It was my personal care, as an architect, to renovate this apartment so that the guest can experience the true spirit of Marina di Pisa, taking care of the furnishings, and all the finishes. The apartment consists of entrance hall, living room with large terrace, kitchen, hallway, two bedrooms and bathroom. Possibility to park the car inside the condominium courtyard, without paying for parking on the street.

令人惊叹的海滨别墅，带私人花园

In the aristocratic and secluded Tombolino estate Villa La loggia is separated from the others by a private garden which leads through an alley of elm trees and oleanders to the house. As its name says a spectacular veranda offers a large outside space. The floor is made of a patterned, in laid black marble square tiles set in bleached wooden slabs and the white wooden beams of the roof give a very outstanding colonial flavour, with wicker furnishing and large comfortable armchairs.

L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 persone, e' composto da open space con terrazza affacciata sul lungomare, due camere e due bagni, si trova al primo piano e ha un ingresso indipendente. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale

Villa indipendente immersa nel verde di un parco con accesso privato al mare. La casa si dispone su due livelli dove al piano terra abbiamo la zona giorno con cucina, bagno un ampio salone con camino, salendo al piano superiore troviamo la zona notte con quattro camere e doppi servizi. La villa è stata totalmente rinnovata e ristrutturata lo scorso anno compreso la maggior parte dell'arredamento. L'ingresso alla proprietà è servita da cancello automatico e spazio per 5 auto.
