Il Cubetto -Sea Studio：宁静和自由的感觉

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

科利纳农场

Collina è un antico podere di pietra, la casa è circondata da campi e uliveti.Dispone di un ampio giardino con piscina e una terrazza dove poter svolgere piacevoli pranzi e cene. Sono disponibili un barbecue e mobili da giardino. La strada per arrivare alla casa nell'ultimo tratto non è asfaltata e non è quindi adatta per le macchine sportive o particolarmente basse. Il percorso si presta per piacevoli passeggiate di giorno, mentre di notte si consiglia l'uso dell'auto perchè non è illuminato.

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! Belvedereloft è affacciato sulla bellissima Baia del Quercetano a Castiglioncello, posizione particolare che lo rende unico per la sua vista mozzafiato.Fa parte di una proprietà il cui accesso, cioè il cancello , è la scesa privata alla spiaggia, sono condivisi con i proprietari, le terrazze sono in esclusiva dei signori ospiti, ma i proprietari ci possono transitare. Situato in una zona strategica, ad un passo dalla SP1 ,strada che collega Camaiore a Lucca. Facilissimo da raggiungere, da qui potrete visitare tutta la Toscana !

Cala Verde House è un piccolo appartamento all'interno di una bellissima villa a picco sul mare a 2 km da Castiglioncello. Gli ospiti potranno usufruire di una terrazza esclusiva con ombrellone e lettini dalla quale con pochi scalini potranno accedere al mare e potranno usufruire inoltre dei tavolini condominiali all'interno del parco per pranzi o cene all'aperto.
