Casa Pineta Elba, a pochi passi dal mare

Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

PER LA STAGIONE 2027 I PREZZI SONO COMPRENSIVI DELLA COMMISSIONE AIRBNB. sul lungomare del Cavo, in posizione unica, mansarda di nuova costruzione con travi a vista, estremamente luminosa, con ampia terrazza ombrosa affacciata sul mare; grandi spazi esterni, a pochi passi dal paese e dal delizioso porto turistico. La spiaggia antistante è libera mentre poco più in la c è un piccolo bagno dotato di lettini e ombrelloni e nei pressi si possono noleggiare bici, motorini, auto e gommoni.

Elba apartament: lovely seaview

Two‑room sea‑view apartment with a large terrace suitable for lunch and dinner. Behind the apartment the woods begin with trails for trekking and mountain biking. Five minutes’ walk from the beaches of Cavo, Frugoso and the hidden Cala delle Alghe. Very quiet location, with about ten private parking spaces (partly asphalt, partly gravel). Bed linen, pillowcases, towels, dish towels, etc. are not provided. The apartment is not new and shows the signs of its age, exactly as in the photos.

Im wunderschönen Cavo (Elba), vermieten wir das Erdgeschoss unserer Villa, 300 m. vom Meer. Die Wohnung (100m2) kann bis zu 9 Personen beherbergen (4 Erw.+5 Ki. oder bis 6 Erw.+3 Ki.) und besteht aus einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer, einem grossen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett + Etagenbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett (1.40 + 90), eine sehr grosse überdachte Terrasse (40m2), eine gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.

La Casa al Mare, a Cavo d'Elba

L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 persone, e' composto da open space con terrazza affacciata sul lungomare, due camere e due bagni, si trova al primo piano e ha un ingresso indipendente. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

L'abitazione è luminosa, affacciata sul mare, in un'area naturalistica immersa fra i profumi della vegetazione mediterranea e le acque cristalline del mar Tirreno La spiaggia si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 4 minuti a piedi in discesa. L'accesso alle due aree piscine (una affacciata sul mare, di acqua marina e l'altra tra la vegetazione) è gratuito. Ombrelloni e lettini sono a pagamenti. Wi-fi, parcheggio, garage. Sconto traghetto.

Its unique location offers a wonderful view of the sea and the country, ensuring a pleasant tranquility, away from the heat and noise of the country.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated now in 2026. The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.

A soli 300 metri dal centro del borgo di Cavo e dalle sue belle spiagge. Monolocale (divano letto matrimoniale più eventuale terzo letto) con vista incredibile,dotato di parcheggio in loco, aria condizionata, WiFi e ampio balcone sul quale rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare.
