Florentine Hills "Le Scalette"

The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

casaBARTHEL is a perfect place for a vacation and an artist residency, immersed in the Tuscan landscape only 15' from the florentine Duomo. Come and live with us; enjoy the olive trees, the kitchen garden, our horse Astro and our family life style, away from the working rhythm. By providing wifi only in the communal courtyard we suggest to take a break from been connected with elsewhere and enjoy the 'here and now' . But if you need to work you can rent a portable private connection from us.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

Luminoso e arieggiato appartamento su due piani, soggiorno con divano letto, grande cucina e bagno di servizio al piano terra; al primo piano una camera matrimoniale, una cameretta due letti singoli, bagno con doccia. 30mq di giardino pavimentato dove poter pranzare, cenare, godersi i bellissimi tramonti e il silenzio della campagna nelle serate estive. Facilmente raggiungibili gli splendidi borghi di Bolgheri e Castagneto Carducci. A mezz'ora di auto da Volterra. Gli arredi sono completamente nuovi. Giardino e piscina con vista mare a disposizione degli ospiti.

Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.
