The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

For those who wish, it is possible—upon request—to share moments of cooking and conviviality, such as carefully prepared dinners to be enjoyed together, even by candlelight, in an intimate and welcoming setting.

Casa al Poggio is a 145 sqm Tuscan country house in the heart of Chianti. The ground floor features a large living area with a kitchen and fireplace. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms and an open room with a versatile sofa bed (set up as a double or 2 singles). A relaxing bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, and Chianti views. Outside, a terrace in the gravel garden awaits for your evenings. Perfect for experiencing authentic Tuscany!

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
