There's truly no better view in the AMERICAN RIVIERA where you can enjoy Dramatic Sunrises and Romantic Sunsets right at the porch where it's quiet and peaceful. The split-level home is located in a very quiet and private cul-de-sac. It's in its elegant design approach with sparkling chandeliers, mirrors, ornate decor, and colors and fabrics expressing a flair for the dramatic. The furniture found throughout the home is part of a unique Designer Collection that blends the symmetry of French Regency with the experimental geometry of Art-Deco. Experience the glamour of Hollywood in a modern classic as it flows throughout this unique home, includeing high quality linens up to 1800 thread- count, it feels like butter! Try dining at one of the many exceptional restaurants, spend a day at the famous beaches, explore the so talked about Funk Zone and go for a hike in the beautiful parks and canyons nearby. Car Parking: The only place can be parked is on the top of the drive way. Two cars max. no street parking allowed on Rincon Vista!!

Family Beachfront Home with Rooftop Deck

Grab a kayak from the garage and spend the day exploring the coast from this homey beachfront retreat. Fire up the grill for leisurely evening dinners, or curl up in the leather and rattan armchair and sip a chilled glass of wine. This house will make you feel at home on the beach. With a full kitchen, two living rooms, and great top deck there is a space for everyone. You will have the whole house and access to all of the toys/bikes in the garage. We will have a manager on-site to help with check in and check outs. The manager's number, are on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Located near the Newport Pier, there are hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe, friendly town square 40 yards away, the children can roam in a secure environment. The best way to experience Newport is by the boardwalk. Either walking or riding bikes. This house comes with 8 bikes. Plenty enough to take everyone out for a fun ride! Make sure to lock the bikes up when you go.

This bright one bedroom beach pad with peek-a-boo beach view is ideal for a couple but can sleep up to 4 with the use of air beds, although 4 adults will find it tight. The private deck has a gas BBQ, comfy swivel rockers, two chaise lounge chairs and a fire pit. Your shared garage has bikes, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and lots of beach toys. Lido Marina Village, a beautiful waterfront shopping/dining area is a 5 minute walk away. Newport Pier, where you’ll find great surfing, beaches, shops & restaurants is a 15 minute walk away. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so party people should look elsewhere.
