This is a unique private house located at the top of a walk street, which is a very long staircase in the hills of Echo Park. This neighborhood is situated in between Hollywood and downtown LA. The smaller surrounding neighborhoods (Silverlake, Los Feliz, Atwater Village) are just a short five minute drive away, they are all very hip and eclectic with lots of interesting things to do and lots of nice cafes and restaurants to eat in.

A 500 sq. ft artist live/work studio featuring a kitchenette, bathroom, closet, and access to a beautiful California-style garden. The studio has an open and airy feel, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. It is a clean, comfortable, and creative feeling space with everything needed for a long or short stay. It has a private entrance from the street and direct access to the garden with a picnic table, chairs and benches.
