This stylish and spacious apartment is overlooking a picturesque canal full of lively bars & restaurants. A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

Located within the historic Leoni Palace, dating back to the 14th century, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxurious and pictoresque 75 sqm apartment. Positioned at the canal bridge level. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a compact bathroom with shower and premium amenities. An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

My accommodation is close to Thiene, Marostica, 30 minutes from Bassano del Grappa, art and culture, magnificent panoramic views. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, the location, the atmosphere, surrounded by a park of 900 olive trees a touch of Tuscany in the center of Veneto 5 minutes from the motorway near the most beautiful cities in Veneto Venice Verona Vicenza Treviso. My accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

Incanto Veneziano, spazioso con ampia terrazza

Spazioso e luminoso ed arieggiato appartamento al secondo piano di un antico palazzo veneziano, le scale sono comode da fare. Si accede attraverso un giardino privato. Tutte le stanze ed il terrazzo sono molto ampie e spaziose. La strada è l’appartamento sono molto silenziosi, nonostante si trovino in una zona molto centrale. I soffitti sono ornati di stucchi veneziani, camera da pranzo e salotto sono separati da un arco decorato, e hanno le finestre sul giardino lontano da altre case.
