Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

AgriHouse si trova all'interno della nostra azienda agricola Il Fossile alle pendici del Monte Peglia, zona recentemente proclamata Riserva MAB UNESCO. Il casale si compone di 3 camere da letto, per un totale di 8 posti letto e 2 bagni. All'esterno troverete una piscina, con vista panoramica a vostro uso esclusivo. L'attività agricola consiste nell'allevamento estensivo all'aperto di animali (avicunicoli e maiali) e la vendita diretta di uova, verdure, carni fresche e trasformate.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo".
