This is a lock off Villa that has a nicely equipped kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and utensils/plates. Fireplaces in bedroom and living room with sleeper sofa. Washer/dryer, balcony with gas grill. Heated outdoor pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, gym. Underground heated parking. Complimentary ski lockers. Welcome to a non-smoking walkout basement fully furnished cozy apartment for two Comfortable living space with many extras, including a full kitchen, a microwave, toaster oven, toaster, drip and Kurig coffee makers. We have a 43" Fire TV with full internet and streaming capabilities. Entrance to Lake Pueblo State Park is just 5 miles away. Please note that we do not allow pets and do not allow smoking on the premises, and do not accept anyone who smokes even if it is off the premises.

The Aspen Mountain Residences (Formerly Hyatt Grand Aspen) is just steps away from the Ajax Mountain Gondola, as well as all the shops and restaurants in the picturesque town of Aspen. Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping, Wireless Internet, Bike/Ski Valet, use of common area Pool, Hot Tubs and Fitness Center, as made available by the resort. Please be sure to review the rental agreement, as well as the house rules, prior to booking.

Gardens around my turn-of-the century home offer several locations for outdoor dining and relaxing with WIFI. You are welcome to the greens, tomatoes, squashes and herbs. Walk to parks, restaurants, bookstores, cafes, gallery, music, pool, cidery & breweries. Bike/bus town or to Boulder. Drive 30 miles to Denver or Rocky Mt. National Park. Sleep on Tempur-Pedic mattress set. There's a half flight of stairs to basement apartment. AX3200 router, tri-band 7-stream wifi 6 on a 2.5 GHz port.
