Il nostro loft stile industrial (NON IN ZTL) è ideale per chi cerca un comodo soggiorno nel centro storico di Ravenna. A pochi passi dai monumenti patrimonio UNESCO, questo spazio open-concept offre un'atmosfera moderna e accogliente. L'ampio soggiorno con soffitto alto, grandi vetrate e arredi minimalisti crea un ambiente unico. Dotato di cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia e soppalco con letto matrimoniale e bagno di servizio. Casa Francesca è uno splendido casale del primo 900 immerso in un parco privato, perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità e contatto con la natura. Il casale è un bellissimo open space indipendente di oltre 60mq con angolo cottura, salone con caminetto e stufa, un'ampia camera da letto e un bagno. In giardino, la zona barbecue con gazebo è a disposizione per grigliare e rilassarsi nel verde. Non mancano l'orto con gli alberi da frutto e le galline per provare il sapore della vita di campagna.

Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.
