Appartamento in stile greco e marino finito di ristrutturare a luglio 2023. Arredato in maniera semplice ed elegante, il colore bianco e il legno vi faranno sentire subito in vacanza appena entrerete nell'ampio salone. Vi sembrerà di essere su un'isola della Grecia, con il controsoffitto di travi e canniccio, il letto matrimoniale di cemento così come il mobile tv ed i bagni. Una casa semplice ma di pregio dotata di tutti i comfort possibili gestibili tramite Alexa. Un appartamento magnifico!

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Abbiamo due appartamenti con tutto il necessario, una piscina in mezzo alla bellissima natura della lunigiana e un ampio parcheggio. Il posto giusto per scappare dai problemi quotidiani e per rilassarsi nella tranquillità e calma della natura con tutte le comodità. Casa Bianca is on of the old wine yards of the area. It was built in 1665 Now, as a start of a new era, it's been modified to a bed and breakfast - venture.
