Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Amazing apartment in the center of Costa da Caparica, 50m away from the beach, having a private Terrace of 44m2 overlooking the sea, and distancing 16km from Lisbon city center. The flat is very spacious and bright, having 2 bedrooms that can host up to 7 guests. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, along with the living room. The open space kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, etc. Internet and cable channels are also available.

We completely refurbished our apartment to be perfect for a beach and surfing holiday, studying or working remotely close to Lisbon and the University, overlooking the sea! On our terrace you can have meals or relax watching the beach. We have all the conditions for children, families or groups of friends. The beach is right in front, not even a 5-minute walk away. You will love it! Due to COVID, we guarantee that the apartment will be cleaned at least 12 hours before your arrival

Escape to The Octopus House, a brand new unique holiday home. We just opened in May 2024. This 2 bedroom penthouse apartment has a spectacular sea view and private terrace. Experience sun and surf at our retreat by the ocean. Please be advised it can be very hot in Portugal in the spring and in the summer. We have a sun shield on the terrace and powerful AC in every room. But it can still be too hot for some guests. Especially with children. So please book accordingly.

Villa Zenith (heated swimming pool)

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish villa. With an ocean oriented garden where you may enjoy the rays of sun all year along and an heated swimming pool (an addition of 30€ per day), this house can host up to 8 people in complete comfort. The large living room with a pleasant fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms and a 10 meters pool offer a very relaxing experience. Peaceful setting, no parties or loud noise.
