An der Grenze zwischen Maxvorstadt und Schwabing gelegen gibts es viele gute Restaurants, schöne Cafés, tolle Eisdielen, angesagte Bars und interessante Museen. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Münchner Hauptbahnhof sind es mit der U-Bahn U2 nur 3 Minuten bis zum Josephsplatz.
