Our apartment was completely renovated in January 2024 and is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river, or just chill out in the apartment with the TV, comfy couch and a Nespresso machine (fair trade, recyclable pods)! The sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed with a mattress topper. On-site parking: €25 per night. Ask for availability.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer neuen Wohnanlage in Pasing. Die Wohnung liegt über Eck im vierten Stock und ist außergewöhnlich geschnitten. Es ist Parkett aus Eichenholz verlegt, die Fenster sind dreifach verglast und es hat eine Fußbodenheizung. Sehr komfortabel für 2 Personen. Erreichbar per Aufzug. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck, Siebträger, Ölen, Gewürzen, Tee & Kaffee Waschmaschine (kein Trockner!) vorhanden. Bett = Doppelbett.

工作室

Ein Atelier, das eine Art Anbau zum Wohnhaus ist. Der Architekt hat Kapellen geliebt, so wurde der Anbau ein 6 Meter hoher Raum mit Holzdecke und Parkett. Schlafplatz auf einer Empore. Mit Flügel und Gartenplatz, perfekt eingerichtet mit Stil - ruhig und am Waldrand. Die SBahn ist etwa 30 min zu Fuß, 2 km entfernt. Ideal zum Fahrradfahren im Münchner Süden, Nähe Starnberger See. Leider ist es keine gute Möglichkeit, Kinder unterzubringen. Sozusagen nur für Erwachsene.
