Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, aber inmitten der Natur, in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus, dem Glunhof: im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren etwa in die nahegelegenen Dolomiten, im Winter ein perfekter Standort für Wintersportler; das bekannte Grödnertal beispielsweise liegt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Künstlerstädchen Klausen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten über den Radweg erreichbar.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Charming Home Carezza

My flat is situated in the Grand Hotel Carezza complex, a historical 19th century building chosen as a summer residence by Empress Elisabeth of Austria (Sissi). In winter time there are more than 40 km of ski slopes while in the summer it offers lovely walks in the woods, horseback riding, mountain bike and cycling, tennis courts and a golf course. Traditionell leben wir von der Milchwirtschaft und mit Dezember 2016 bieten wir in unserem neu errichteten Bauernhaus erstmals auch Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof an. In 5 minutes you are on foot in the center and the cable car to the Alpe di Siusi is easily accessible in about 15 minutes on foot (or by shuttle bus).
