Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Appartamento Francisca è un monolocale fronte lago, al 2° piano di un edificio storico in Piazza Ghislanzoni a Domaso, senza ascensore, la vista è mozzafiato sul lago e sul centro storico . Il divano letto è comodo, l'angolo cottura ben attrezzato, e il bagno moderno. Wi-Fi incluso. A pochi passi dal traghetto e dalla fermata dell’autobus, offre una posizione perfetta per esplorare la zona. La struttura è dotata di tutti gli accessori elettrici e quindi non è presente il sensore anti gas.

Luogo molto tranquillo e affascinante, la Casa nel Borgo si trova in un antico e tipico borgo italiano sul lago di Como. Siamo a Domaso e precisamente nel borgo di Pozzolo, a un altezza di 310 msl e 2 km in auto dal lago. Abbiamo recuperato una vecchia casa di pietra, poi sistemata negli anno '80, rispettando la sua identita' e l'atmosfera di un tempo. The beach is a 5-7 min walk.

Come riscaldamento abbiamo una bella stufa a legna in ghisa ,facile da accendere e che subito crea un ambiente caldo e romantico!
