We are in San Marco, the central area of Venice old town, but off the most touristic beaten path. In autumn and winter, you will find a quiet, cosy and comfortable place. Ideal for a single traveller or a couple. Children are welcome!

You can feel like a Venetian and spend a few days in a quiet neighborhood, yet be minutes from some of our favorite spots in Venice. The bright, third floor apartment has two bathrooms and plenty of closet space, as well as a full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker and a selection of our favorite teas.

The apartment is located 2 minutes from Piazzale Roma (bus and water bus terminal), at 5-7 minutes walking distance from the railway station. Venice University area is in the neighborhood.
