Ein PKW Stellplatz befindet sich direkt auf dem Grundstück und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei und Supermarkt) sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Gemütlicher einfacher Schlafplatz im neuem Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Derzeit noch ohne Küche Bushaltestelle befindet sich ca. 100m entfernt. Und zum neuem Surfpark sind es auch nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gewerbegebiet. Meine Nachbarn sind Handwerksunternehmen. Daher kann es ab 7 Uhr gelegentlich laut werden.
