Bellissimo e ampio appartamento (130mq) situato nella splendida Piazza di Santo Stefano con vista Ponte Vecchio. La casa si trova al terzo piano ed è provvista di ascensore. Sono presenti tre camere da letto (due matrimoniali e una con due letti singoli), due bagni con finestra, un' ampia cucina con sala da pranzo ed un soggiorno a parte. e due balconi. Essenziali per il bagno, per la cucina, lenzuola, asciugamani, bollitore, microonde, tostapane, wifi, smart TV, lavatrice, asciugatrice, a/c.

The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

Come and live with us; enjoy the olive trees, the kitchen garden, our horse Astro and our family life style, away from the working rhythm. By providing wifi only in the communal courtyard we suggest to take a break from been connected with elsewhere and enjoy the 'here and now' . But if you need to work you can rent a portable private connection from us.

At the property lives only the family (3 people).The position enables to visit all the wonderful Tuscany as you can reach Florence (35 min) Siena (1 hour) Pisa, Lucca and you can also reach the sandy beaches of Tuscany in 50 minuts. The property is surrounded by olive trees and a panoramic garden where there is the pool only for the guests. At the property there are 2 dogs in a cage and a nice cat

Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
