Disposa de planta baixa amb sortida directe al pati amb cuina, bany i sala d'estar i primer pis obert amb llit de matrimoni. El pati és ideal per poder pendre un esmorzar o un sopar a la fresca. La piscina és compartida amb amb nosaltres.
