Es liegt in seenaher ländlicher Lage, sonnig in einem großen idyllischen Garten mit altem Baumbestand, der im Süden an eine Weide mit Bachlauf und Kapelle grenzt. Wanderwege liegen direkt vor der Tür.

Das Chiemsee Landhaus liegt in unmittelbarer Seenähe am Ortsrand der schönsten Chiemseegemeinde Breitbrunn. Auf der riesigen Westterrasse genießen Sie einen herrlichen Weitblick und absolute Ruhe. Das großzügig angelegte Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und überwiegend uneinsehbar. Die vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Wohnräume und drei Badezimmer verteilen sich auf zwei Ebenen und bieten genug Platz für 6 Erwachsene und 2-4 Kinder. Der DTV bewertet regelmäßig mit der Höchstkategorie 5 Sterne.

The house has the perfect size for sharing amazing moments for your whole family. It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich.
