Welcome to our exclusive apartment "L'arte di vivere" with a fantastic view of Lake Como! Our accommodation offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay. The spacious apartment has two bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living and dining area with lake views. We offer towels and bed linen. A free parking space in front of the building is available on site. The large balcony and terrace guarantee you unforgettable evenings in a cozy atmosphere with a view of the lake and the mountains. Not suitable for children under 6 years and motorhomes. Pets, smoking in the holiday apartment and parties (noise) after midnight are prohibited. This wonderful 170m2 property dates back over 500 yrs. Arranged over three floors, its unique style combines the original features with beautifully designed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated on the water front of Lake Como, the top floor opens out onto a spacious roof terrace providing outside dining, areas to relax, and boasts breath taking views of the lake. Laglio offers a number of places to eat & drink, local shops, a children's play park, a small beach and plenty of parking close by.

Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Located in the heart of Nesso, a 20- minute drive to Bellagio and Como Casa Bella is a perfect spot to explore Lake Como.

Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .
