Welcome to real Italy. This is a unique home, named locally as Casa Matita (The Pencil House). It has an awesome view awaiting you from the loggia (roofed terrace). Relax, read, drink prosecco or dine while watching amazing sunsets in the peaceful medieval village of Santa Vittoria. At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

Il Casale di Laura

Il casale in mattoni antichi sorge in prossimità del centro storico. Si sviluppa su due piani. Il primo piano composto da ampio salone, cucina e un bagno e il secondo piano composto da 3 stanze da letto arredate e confortevoli , 2 bagni, il tutto ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Vi è il giardino e un uliveto di 70 ulivi. Il casale si trova inoltre a 10 km dal mare. È presente una bella piscina per rilassarsi 😍 Questo e’ l’annuncio ufficiale in cui chiedere info. In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

La “Dimora nel Borgo” è una accogliente abitazione nel centro storico medioevale di Maiolati Spontini, in essa si respira una atmosfera rilassata e confortevole, data dalla recente e accurata ristrutturazione, e dall'ambiente circostante tranquillo e silenzioso,  all'interno di un cortile di altri tempi. A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.

A Country House in a bucolic and private setting, situated only 3 km from the sea. Equiped with a beautiful and private park and a little and private zoo, shared with the principal house. The house disposes a double room with a queen bed well equipped, a bathroom suitable for disable people, dining room, living room with a fireplace and a kitchen well stocked.
