La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata ed è situata in primissima periferia, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Foligno e dalla Caserma Gonzaga, raggiungibile in auto in soli 3/5 minuti, a piedi in 15 minuti e 8 minuti in bici. The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
