Si tratta di un appartamento ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioarchitettura nel rispetto del casale che risale alla metà del diciottesimo secolo. I voltini e una parete nella zona giorno lasciata a vista enfatizzano l'antichità del luogo in cui soggiornerete. La cucina è moderna con piano a induzione ed è dotata di ogni utensile per cucinare. Il tavolo è un pezzo unico che arricchisce l'ambiente. Il bagno è di ultradesign in modo particolare la doccia che è stata ricavata da una nicchia.

E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.
