Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due locali: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

Das Haus wird an maximal 4 Erwachsene und bis zu 3 Kinder vermietet. Poolsaison von Mai - September.

Posto auto coperto, area esterna con giardino e piscina. Sat Tv. Piscina condivisa solamente con host, chiusa nel periodo invernale. Disponibilità di lettino/culla su richiesta.

Rustico Caverda

Il rustico è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia stalla. Tutti i mobili che compongono l'arredamento dell'abitazione sono stati costruiti artigianalmente in legno massiccio dall'host. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.
