House Fortunat

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

Benvenuti nel mio raffinato appartamento situato nel centro di Udine, a pochi passi dalle attrazioni principali. Questo affascinante alloggio unisce il calore delle travi a vista e degli arredi curati nei dettagli con il comfort moderno e l’eleganza di un’atmosfera esclusiva. A rendere l’esperienza ancora più speciale, uno spazio esterno con tavolino, perfetto per rilassarsi all’aria aperta con un caffè o un buon bicchiere di vino. Un angolo di quiete e stile nel cuore autentico della città.

Mini casetta immersa nel verde del golf mini Valbruna. La casetta è la seconda su una piccola collinetta. Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Se d'inverno arrivate tardi fatemelo sapere così alziamo prima il riscaldamento. Dal 1 /4! 2026 il comune chiede la tassa di soggiorno di 1,50 euro a persona al giorno in contanti. .

Ci trovate su lacasaallagocom. Appartamento situato in Interneppo a pochi metri dal lago dei Tre comuni.. L'appartamento si trova a 70km da Lignano Sabbiadoro - Grado -Bibione per il periodo estivo .. A 40 km la città stellata di Palmanova e verso il confine della Slovenia si trova Cividale del Friuli conosciuta per i Longobardi. Più vicino a 9 km si trovano Gemona del Friuli e Venzone .Per il periodo invernale le zone sciistiche sono lo Zoncolan a 35km , Tarvisio 45 km e Nassfeld
