The house with 6 rooms on 150m² was renovated in 2019 and completely furnished by an Italian interior designer. The house has a private and super cozy garden with a whirlpool. It's perfectly located in Munich (Laim). The next Subway Station (U5 Laimer Platz) is 100m away from the house : -8 min to the Main Station -10 min to the City-Center -30 min to Messe München/Munich (ICM) -5 min to the Oktoberfest (12 min by bike) A lot of restaurants, shopping areas, supermarkets in walking distance.

Sie bietet Wohnbereich mit Küche, Sitzgruppe, Kaminofen, Sofalandschaft und Dachloggia, einen sehr niedrigen (1,75m) Dachspitz und einen ungeheizten Spielraum im Stadl. Im Dorf kann man sehr gut essen&einkaufen, öffentlich alle 20min ins Voralpenland oder 60min ins Münchner Zentrum fahren.

The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.
