The property includes a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds that can also be used as a living room, and a terrace equipped with a table and loungers: perfect for relaxing with a stunning sea view! Spacious wardrobe closet in each room, fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a large private parking area and a private shortcut that connects directly to the town (just a 5/10 minute walk away).

C’è un luogo al Giglio dove il mare sembra entrare in casa e il profumo di salsedine accompagna ogni alba. È una villa speciale, a pochi passi dal porto ma appartata quel tanto che basta per sentirsi lontani dal mondo. La grande finestra rotonda, come un oblò sospeso sull’acqua, trasforma ogni momento in un viaggio. L’abbiamo chiamata “Come stare sulla prua di una barca” perché è esattamente questa la sensazione che si prova affacciandosi da lì: essere parte del mare, in una quiete senza tempo.

Il piano inferiore da cucina, soggiorno, 2 bagni, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, lavatrice.

Incantevole appartamento con veranda

Incantevole suite indipendente con bagno privato e patio esterno, posta in posizione panoramica sul porto dell'Isola del Giglio. Il porto con i vari ristorantini si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in pochi minuti. Le spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili con taxi collettivi o via mare utilizzando dei gommoni-navetta. Sull'Isola è possibile anche noleggiare dei motorini o delle barche per gli appassionati di mare. Posto auto privato su richiesta. Non c'è la cucina!

Nel cuore di Porto Ercole, sul lungomare, si affitta questa incantevole casa vacanze di circa 70 mq, situata al primo piano. Il suo balconcino affacciato sul porto offre una vista suggestiva sul mare e sulle barche ormeggiate, facendovi immergere nella magica atmosfera dell’Argentario. Grazie alla posizione privilegiata, bar, ristoranti e negozi sono a pochi passi. Come proprietaria del noleggio gommoni IDROBOAT, sarò lieta di suggerirvi le spiagge più belle.
