Com cerca de 60m2, a casa tem dois quartos com camas de casal e um sofá-cama. Máx. 4-6 hóspedes. Tudo foi construído e pensado para manter uma decoração de casa de campo, focado no conforto,e nos detalhes. 1500 m2 de propriedade privada, com piscina, jardim e zona exterior. Quer seja a relaxar sob a encosta do rio junto a casa, a tomar banhos de sol na zona da piscina, na zona de refeições/lazer de deck, numa refeição com o grelhador ou em pura contemplação em qualquer ponto da propriedade.

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

This is a calm and elegant place perfect for relaxing. Here you will be in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. This a residential part of the city and it's just a bus ride away from the city center. We are close to Porto and the city park "Parque Oriental da Cidade", in Azevedo de Campanhã (Rua do Meiral) but we have our own green park. Once per week, the flat will be cleaned and the bed and bathroom linen will be changed. We don't have a washing machine but we have a laundry service.

A Casa de Areja fica situada em frente ao rio Douro, num local recôndito e muito calmo, a 30 minutos do Porto. Tem um pequeno cais que lhe dá a possibilidade de usar um transporte aquático. 🚤 Possui uma piscina privada que pode ser aquecida mediante um custo adicional. 🏊🏻‍♀️ A casa tem 3 suites, uma delas com berço. Tem ainda um espaço comum com dois sofás-cama. Por isso, consegue receber 6 adultos, 4 crianças e 1 bebé.
