All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

Venice Amazing House is set in Marghera, 700 meters from Venice Mestre Station and 10 mins away from Venice Historical center by Tram/Bus. Both Bus and Tram stop in front of the property's door. This Guest house are fitted with a TV, free Wi-Fi and parking. Air-conditioning is provided in the lobby. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 9 km away and Treviso Airport is about 20 km away from the property. Surrounded by a bar/restaurant, supermarket and parks which are only 5 meters distance.

A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. All units are air-conditioned and equipped with a fridge, a Smart TV, Free Wifi and shared bathroom with a shower. Sheets and towels are provided in the guesthouse rooms.
