Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The rural house was built with ancient stone sourced locally in Umbria and offers a breath taking view overlooking the surrounding valley. The house encompasses a spacious living-room with two antique fire places, two kitchens, a recreation room, five bedrooms & four bathrooms. Outside there is a large swimming pool, dining area, a play house for children, multiple car-parking options and a 2 car fully enclosed garage. There are also a BBQ and a wood fire oven if you wish to cook outside.

The villa enjoys a secluded position in front of the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie, on a hill about 315 m above sea level with a wonderful view of olive groves, cultivated fields, vineyards and Mount Subasio.

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Gas heating, Air conditioning, WiFi, SMART TV, free firewood and a BBQ. Recent new wooden deck, pool patio tiles and an extensive kitchen refresh.

L'appartamento è un bilocale, al piano primo, con camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia con box, e ingresso con angolo cottura/zona giorno e doppio divano letto. Esternamente dispone di gazebo con tavolo e sedie.
