(Eleó–then–dron) comes from the classical Greek word for the olive tree. A modern eco-friendly stone-built retreat, set in a private olive grove using regenerative farming, just 2 km from the sea, surrounded by olives, pines and cedars, with views of Ha Gorge. Το σπιτι εχει ανακαινιστει φετος.Βλεπει στον κηπο και οχι στον κεντρικο δρομο, ειναι απολυτα ησυχο. Ειναι στο κεντρο, πας παντου με τα ποδια ,το παρκινγ ειναι ελευθερο εξω απο το σπιτι.Η θαλασσα , το λιμανι και τα μπαρακια απεχουν ελαχιστα.Eπισης ενα μινι μαρκετ ειναι στα 100μετρα .Επιπλεον εχει μια βεραντα που αν καποιος θελει μπορει να απολαυσει το βραδινο αερακι,προσφατα , εχει φτιαχτει και ενα ιδιωτικο παρκινγ για αυτοκινητα ( για τις μερες αιχμης 5-15/8)

Villa EIeanna near sea

At the most south place of Europe, with very mild winter. It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
