La camera da letto è dotata di un letto matrimoniale con comodini, lampade da lettura e armadio. Nella sala,dotata di frigo,forno microonde,tostapane e macchina espresso caffè, è sistemato un divano letto; è possibile cucinare e pranzare su tavolo per 4 persone. Dalla sala si accede al bagno dotato di lavatrice,acqua calda,tutti i sanitari (WC, lavabo, bidet, doccia con cabina). All'esterno AIA attrezzata.

All’interno delle stanze non è presente l’aria condizionata in quanto non necessaria (ma è presente un ventilatore).
