Spacious executive home in gorgeous AK. We have 5 bedrooms with many different sleeping options, 4 full bathrooms including a large master bedroom, jacuzzi, and bath. Our home theater is a highlight of the home. The home is VERY CLEAN and quiet on a 1 acre lot. Hospitality is our joy and great communication from us is provided. After you book, we will also need to collect 3% sales tax from you. This is our private home so be ready to live in a clean "lived in" home! This vacation home is 5 Star!

Spurr, (all 4 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cabin has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. The Waterfront Cabin is ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River.

Good Karma Cottage - 毗邻 Good Karma Inn

The Good Karma Cottage is new as of 2022. Its 265 square feet was a woodworking shop now turned into a lovely little cottage featuring a bedroom, full kitchen, and bathroom. All of the interior/exterior artwork was done by local artist, Dan Coe. The cottage sits adjacent to the Good Karma Inn. The property has a four glacier view, including Kachemak Bay and the Kenai Mountains. THERE IS NO CLEANING FEE AND NO PET FEE
