Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ski- und Bergabenteuer in den umliegenden Dolomiten und Skigebieten (Kronplatz, Alta Badia, Gitschberg, Speikboden und Antholz/Biathlon). Das Dorfzentrum mit Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Pustertaler Radweg.

Die 2 Apartments bieten einen wunderschönen Blick auf Wald, Wiesen und Berglandschaft. Ideal zum Skifahren, Roderln oder Eislaufen im Winter, und Wandern, Radfahren und Spazieren im Sommer. Mit einem kleinen Outdoor Spa begeistern wir Familien, sowie Paar oder auch Durchzugsreisende. Freut euch auf einen wundervollen Urlaub in den Südtiroler Bergen.

Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine. This apartment also features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

Entspannen inmitten der Natur. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen zu Spaziergängen, Radtouren, Nordic-Walking-Touren, Wanderungen..... Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Gemütlichkeit, dem Ausblick und der Lage. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien (mit Kindern).

The apartment is located in the center of Bruneck, on the 4th floor, above the roofs of the city (elevator available). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. On request (for a small surcharge and on request) a car parking space, which is located directly in front of the house, can also be rented. The center can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The apartment is suitable for couples or guests up to max. 3 persons. You can store your ski or other things in the cellar.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines ruhig gelegenen Wohnhauses in unmittelbarer Stadtnähe. Im Haus gibt es KEINEN Aufzug. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Pfarrkirche und die Fußgängerzone von Bruneck in weniger als fünf Minuten. Zur Talstation des Kronplatz sind es fünf Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für sportliche Paare, Familien mit Kindern sowie für Geschäftsreisende und Alleinreisende.

Neu errichtete, sehr ruhig gelegene Parterrewohnung am Dorfrand von Kiens. Das Dorf befindet sich ca. 12 km von den Aufstiegsanlagen des Kronplatzes und ca. 10 km von der Stadt Bruneck entfernt . Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die verschiedensten Aktivitäten. Unsere Wohnung "Mitterhaus" ist neu erbaut und mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestattet. Ein Lieblingsplatz ist die Sonnenterrasse mit der Liegewiese. Ideal für Familien oder Freunde.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!
