Discover tranquility and relaxation in their original form: We offer a tiny, yet comfortable vacation rental for up to 2 people. The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Gabi und Guido leben hier ihren Traum von Unabhängigkeit und wollen den Hof Nachhaltig und Enkeltauglich ausbauen. So sind zum Beispiel die Wände und die Decke des Hühnerhauses aus den über 200 Jahre alten Dielenbrettern des Haupthauses gemacht worden. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

Die Wohnung ist in einem alten Bauernhaus (anno 1833) neu hergestellt worden. Bei der Erstellung wurde darauf geachtet möglichst viele Naturbaustoffe zuverwenden (Holz, Lehm, Hanf). Die Zwischenwände wurden als Fachwerkwände ausgestaltet. Das Wohnzimmer bildet mit der Küche einen Raum. Die Wohnung hat ca.60 m² und ist barrierefrei hergestellt.
