The SARDINIA1HOUSE4 is in 1 ha park, has 1 bed room, + a large living room, 1 bath-room, 1 kitchenette, 2 terraces + BBQ+free dry wood, hammock, sun beds etc, best greenest spot around.

Ici vous êtes tranquille, les voisins sont à 1 km. (parfois on entent l'àne) La maison est entourée d'oliviers, d'alovera, laurier-roses...et les fameux petits murets en pierres. Vous n'êtes que à 5 min du tumulte touristique!

Villa Hannah is perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday by the clear blue water and sandy Mediterranean beaches. Awesome in spring, summer and autumn with warm waters until mid-November. The apartment is located in the ground floor of the villa in a quiet summer village 100m from the beach. The villa consists of 4 independent apartments, a spacious garden with showers and BBQ areas, and patios where enjoy meals or relax with under the shade of pine trees.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have 3 single beds and one with a fixed double bed, each bedroom has clima and tv, plus mosquito nets. The large and bright bathroom has all the services and a large bathtub with shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Leaving room is a big room with corner sofa and sat tv, free wifi. Out-side a big veranda with table and chairs. Air conditioning/ heating are free.
