Appartamento di 65 mq per 2 persone, dentro la corte medioevale del Castello di Proceno, con ingresso privato, ampio soggiorno con camino storico funzionante e angolo cucina, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale posta su un soppalco da cui si domina il salone, bagno con box doccia, veranda con portico in pietra e legno, in tipico stile medioevale, che attraverso delle scale in pietra conduce alla corte interna del Castello, da cui gli ospiti hanno accesso al paese e al resto degli alloggi della corte.

La Rosa è situata in un quartiere tranquillo a 400 metri dal centro storico di Acquapendente. L’appartamento a piano terra di circa 80 mq è composto da due camere, una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli, bagno con doccia, ampio soggiorno e angolo pranzo con porta finestra d’ingresso indipendente a cui si accede da un verde terrazzo di 40mq (situato all’interno del parcheggio condominiale) ideale per mangiare all’aperto e riporre eventuali biciclette e infine piccola cucina con ripostiglio.

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
