Tervetuloa oleilemaan lämmin tunnelmaiseen asuntoon osana vanhaa hirsirakennusta. Talo sijaitsee Kaukaalla, paperitehtaan piippujen alla. Asunto on pienehkö, mutta kompakti ja sisältää kaiken tarvittavan. Auton saa ilmaiseksi pihaan ja bussi kulkee ihan vierestä. Naapurusto on mukavaa ja rauhallista. Lämpimästi tervetuloa. Warm cozy studio with two single beds, lovely kitchen and bathroom with shower. In a location that is a short drive from the beautiful town and harbour of Lappeenranta.

Villa Huvikumpu. - Maalaisromantiikkaa lähellä kaupunkia 1930-luvulla valmistuneessa pikkutalossa. Talo on lähes satavuotias, eikä ole luksuskohde, mutta tarjolla hyvät ja rauhalliset yöunet. Rauhallinen vanha asuinalue, jossa paljon pieniä puutaloja. Lapset tervetulleita. Lapsille löytyy syöttötuoli, matkasänky, potta ja leluja. Eläimet ovat tervetulleita. Sijainti EI OLE keskustassa. Lappeenrannan keskustaan on 4 kilometria. Linja-autopysäkki lähellä, sekä hyvä pyörätie keskustaan.

Feel like at home in a well furnished apartment at the city center. Bus/railway station (760 m) and airport (ca. 1 km) are easy to reach. Main shopping center & marketplace 400 meters away. Beds in the bedroom can be separated. Living room has a double sleeper (size=140*200 cm) The short sofa is not suitable for sleeping. Wifi, free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & sauna, big balcony furnished and cosy to cool off after the sauna add luxury. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Towels and bed sheets are of course included! Please note: there are extra bedsheets and towels stored in the apartment as we don't have access to a storage. Please do not use them without consulting us first. We will charge extra 10 € per towel or bed sheet if used without permission.

Rock House, luonnon keskellä, järvinäkymin, Saimaa

Kalliomaja on käsin lähipuista rakennettu. Maja on mukavuuksilla varustettu lämmin maja kalliolla luonnon ja metsän eläinten keskellä. Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
