Traumhafte Weitsicht auf Podere Carpineta

Podere Carpineta ist ein über 100-jähriges Bauernhaus, etwas ausserhalb von Stribugliano auf 650 müM gelegen, mitten in einem unberührten Naturparadies. Das Haus ist umgeben von 36 Hektaren Land mit spektakulärer Aussicht bis zum Meer, an klaren Tagen bis nach Korsika. Carpineta ist nicht weit entfernt von den schönsten Dörfern und Sehenswürdigkeiten der südlichen Toskana. Das Natursteinhaus wurde kürzlich komplett neu ausgebaut, eingerichtet und mit der neusten Wohntechnik ausgestattet.

La villa in pietra è isolata e immersa nel verde dei boschi. Qua troverete pace, privacy, silenzio e natura incontaminata. Questo è il luogo ideale per una vacanza di riposo. La villa è stata costruita nella metà del 1800 dal mio bisnonno. Poi nel corso degli anni è stata restaurata, migliorata, mantenendo sempre il classico stile toscano. Ci troviamo tra la Val d'Orcia, il Monte Amiata e il mare. Ci troviamo a 870m s.l.m. La villa dista circa 15 minuti di macchina da Arcidosso.

Nel cuore della Val d’Orcia, circondato da dolci colline e uliveti a perdita d’occhio, Poggio fra gli Ulivi offre la perfetta combinazione di comfort e relax. Terra delle Sidhe is a small organic farm located in southern Tuscany overlooking a beautiful valley located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, between the medieval towns of Castel del Piano and Seggiano. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

Casale in pietra in Val D’Orcia

Casale toscano del '800 con pietre a vista immerso nella meravigliosa campagna Toscana con uno splendido panorama sulla Val di Chiana. E' circondato da un parco di 6 ettari con un uliveto di 300 piante. Si trova a Sarteano, nel paese, un antico borgo medioevale con un castello da sogno, conosciuto per il Festival della Musica e del Jazz che si svolge alla fine dell'estate. Siamo nella bellissima Val d'Orcia, patrimonio naturale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO dal 2004.

La Bandita dei Bovi

Il rustico si trova a 4 km da Castell'Azzara, immerso nel verde di un oliveta composta da 38 ulivi e alberi da frutto e circondato da terreni boschivi e pascoli di proprietà, si affaccia sulla valle offrendo una vista mozzafiato a 180° partendo a nord con la Fortezza di Radicofani fino a scendere verso ovest per perdersi all'orizzonte tra i Monti Sibillini. Distante 300 mt dalla strada provinciale è raggiungibile da una strada bianca.
