First floor: Large living / dining room and fully equiped kitchen & toilet wash room. Second floor: Toilet and large Bathroom. 3 double bedrooms, two of which also have single day beds and access to balcony, ideal for familes. The third bedroom is slightly smaller with the double bed that can convert to a day Sofa if needed. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space.

It is ideally located to tackle the famous cycling & hiking routes of the area, and to explore the Alpe D'Huez Grande Domaine via Eau D'Olle Ski lift 1km away

Notre famille met à votre disposition un chaleureux petit studio d'une surface de 27m2 situé au rdc de notre chalet avec une entrée indépendante. Il se compose d'une entrée de 8m2, ainsi que d'une pièce de vie principale de 19m2 (toilettes et salle de bain séparés) Parking couvert possible a coté de l'appartement. Maverick notre chien sera content de vous voir.

Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes).
