Romantic Apartment with Garden & Rooftop Views

Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Dispone di posto spiaggia con ombrellone e due lettini in ottima posizione e parcheggio privato di fronte all'appartamento compresi senza spese aggiuntive (per i turisti il park costerebbe 18euro/gg e l'ombrellone con i lettini quest'anno costerebbero una follia, sempre se si riesce a trovarli). Appartamento composto da camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale, zona giorno con divano letto matrimoniale e angolo cottura con piano ad induzione e microonde. Dotato di terrazza/balcone attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per pranzare o cenare in relax godendosi il panorama. Posto spiaggia (1 ombrellone + 2 sdraio) durante la stagione estiva incluso. Colazione incluso con consegna nell'unità.

J'Adore - comfy mini-loft with rooftop terrace

Mini loft sopra il tetto della Chiesa di San Simeon Piccolo. Posizione unica. Un ingresso molto singolare per salire al quarto e ultimo piano (con ascensore) di un edificio storico in posizione strategica. Il loft dispone di una ampia altana (terrazza) panoramica sopra i tetti, con accesso diretto e uso esclusivo. Lo spazio esterno é attrezzato con tavolino, sedie, lettini da spiaggia e una (seconda) doccia funzionante. Sarà un soggiorno indimenticabile a Venezia centro storico 🥰

The breathtaking view of St Mark's basin makes this apartment unique; it is located on the third floor of a Venetian building overlooking the Riva dei Sette Martiri. The apartment is located a few steps from the Biennale, the Arsenal and St Mark's Square. From its windows, you can enjoy the fireworks show of the Festa del Redentore, the start of the Regata Storica and Voga Longa, the arrival of Venice Marathon and admire Venice's skyline every evening at sunset.

Venezia Luxury Biennale Design

This flat is in Castello, the unique real, green and characteristic "Sestriere" of Venice; we finished to restore it on 2017, respecting in the furniture both the Venitian tradition both the design of 70/80 (Cassina, Flos, Foscarini, Castiglioni and Carlo Scarpa). The apartment is situated at the second floor of a venetian palace, in Campo Ruga, near to the exit of the Biennale and San Pietro di Castello, 12 minutes walking from San Mark's Square.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Castello district, one of the most authentic areas of Venice, near the Arsenale. Just a 10-minute walk away are St. Mark’s Square and the Biennale Gardens, home to the renowned Art or Architecture Exhibition. The area offers all essential services: supermarkets, butcher shops, greengrocers, and traditional bakeries—perfect for those who want to experience Venice’s history, tradition, and local charm.

Camera nella Torre del Castello di Roncade

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
