On the second floor (top) of a Villa of the early' 900 , 3 minutes walking from the Palazzo del Cinema, where The Biennale Movie Festival takes place, and 10 minutes from the pubblic beach. In 10 minutes walking you reach the Terminal where boats leave to Venice.

"Il ramo di kaki" is a 120 square meters' very comfortable apartment. It was my grandparents’ summer residence during the ‘50’s. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is located on the second floor of the historical house on the main street of Lido, the Gran Viale.
