Accogliente e confortevole appartamento molto soleggiato e con vista mozzafiato ubicato nel vero centro città in cui abitano ancora molti veneziani .Attorno si trovano numerosi negozi di frutta e verdura ,panetterie e ben 3 supermercati! Il mio alloggio è molto vicino al trasporto pubblico da e per aeroporto,ferrovia ,piazzale roma (bus e auto ) Rialto e S.Marco! (che si possono raggiungere anche a piedi !)E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini)

The building is the elegant conversion of an old heating plant re-designed by architects into living space in 2010. In a quiet small street, yet a few minutes walk from the train/bus stations, Grand Canal, supermarket, restaurants, shops. Ideal for exploring the 1,600-year-old city on foot, without giving up the standard of living you are used to today including high-speed WiFi, lift, steam bath.

Un terrazzo nella quale godersi l’aria aperta in tutta tranquillità e relax. Ideale per disconnettersi dalla città frenetica A soli 13 min a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Santa Lucia, o con traghetto fermata Ca’ d’Oro linea 1 Con forti piogge e marea alta, l’ingresso del condominio può allagarsi di alcuni centimetri. Si consigliano calzature impermeabili.

Un ingresso molto singolare per salire al quarto e ultimo piano (con ascensore) di un edificio storico in posizione strategica. Il loft dispone di una ampia altana (terrazza) panoramica sopra i tetti, con accesso diretto e uso esclusivo. Lo spazio esterno é attrezzato con tavolino, sedie, lettini da spiaggia e una (seconda) doccia funzionante. Sarà un soggiorno indimenticabile a Venezia centro storico 🥰

Il loft si trova nella zona centrale di Castello a due passi da supermercati ristoranti e negozi per tutte le necessità. Un punto di partenza perfetto per visitare Venezia e la Biennale .Il Loft si trova al piano terra molto pratico per ogni accessibiltà.

A beautiful restored warehouse in classic venetian style directly on St Peter' s a quiet area frequented mostly by venetians. The bars, restaurants and good supermarket are 5 minutes away on foot. Piazza San Marco is about 20 minutes on foot. the area is one of the art and architecture Biennale. A corner of Venice as living as a once in a calm and real Venetian atmosphere.

At only 25 meters from the Gran Canal and from vaporetto's stops, a whimsical, light filled loft awaits you. This cozy space overlooks a garden, and has a small terrace on the rooves of Venice. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. The apartment is scrupulously cleaned, disinfected and sanitized with ozone.
