The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. Appartamento in stile greco e marino finito di ristrutturare a luglio 2023. Arredato in maniera semplice ed elegante, il colore bianco e il legno vi faranno sentire subito in vacanza appena entrerete nell'ampio salone. Vi sembrerà di essere su un'isola della Grecia, con il controsoffitto di travi e canniccio, il letto matrimoniale di cemento così come il mobile tv ed i bagni. Una casa semplice ma di pregio dotata di tutti i comfort possibili gestibili tramite Alexa. Un appartamento magnifico!

Villa Sottosopra - Il Limone

Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

Dimora Leone è l’ideale per vivere un’esperienza unica nel cuore di Lucca, uno spazioso appartamento di charme, impreziosito da affreschi e mobili di antiquariato. Si presenta con un elegante ingresso da cui si accede al salone. Nella stanza da letto padronale si trova un letto king size e un letto singolo. La seconda camera conduce ad una cabina armadio e al bagno. Dall’altro lato della casa ci sono sala da pranzo, cucina attrezzata, una terza camera matrimoniale e un bagno completo.

Castelvecchio is an excellent place to relax, surrounded by greenery and nature, without giving up visiting the most beautiful cities and landscapes of Tuscany.

L'appartamento è composto da una zona giorno con salotto e cucina, due camere da letto e un bagno; è elegante e accogliente per chiunque voglia trascorrere brevi periodi a Pisa. La Casa è ubicata nel quartiere di Santa Maria, che comprende piazza dei Miracoli, Borgo Stretto, piazza dei Cavalieri, piazza delle Vettovaglie e i vicoli del centro storico e non lontana dalle altre attrazioni turistiche.

Front-Row Seaside is a beautiful apartment, located in Calambrone, with an amazing view of the sea and fantastic sunsets! The beach is a 1 minute walk through the dunes by entering/exiting the private entrance. It's a perfect spot for a vacation to relax and have fun! It has a personal entrance with a common parking, the parking is a 2 minute walk. It has all important shops at a walking distance. Livorno is only a 15 minute drive away and around 20 minutes from Pisa airport.
