The terrace on the 4th floor (25 square meter ) and the roof terrace (30 square meter with sweeping sea views) are shared by 3 apartments. Spanish Catalan-style classical architecture, suite with separate bathroom and kitchen. Equipped with Mitsubishi air conditioner and new furniture appliances. Presenta una terrassa a la planta d'adalt per les tres habitacions y un porxo amb piscina just al davant; els dos amb vistes a Mar i Muntanya. També presenta dos garatjos; un per guardar dos cotxes interiors i un garatge exterior varis cotxes que és on hi ha una gran zona exterior per poder jugar i és on hi ha la barbacoa.
