Live and breathe the Serra de La Tramuntana, a world heritage mountain range in Mallorca. The apartment is situated in the center of a traditional Mallorcan mountainside village, Mancor de Vall. The mountain is your playground. You can walk out the door and hike up the mountain, or drive a short distance to numerous different starting routes for all levels! Many hiking paths can be done by bike or you can road bike up to Lluc or out in any direction on the island as Mancor is in the middle!

Ubicación ideal para ciclistas La casa consta de dos plantas: en la inferior tenemos el recibidor, salón, baño completo y cocina. Tiene salida a un patio trasero con zona ajardinada, y al fondo un porche acristalado. Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
