Saliamo 40 GRADINI per raggiungere il Nido, una casa di DIMENSIONI PICCOLE, curata nei dettagli e molto luminosa. Il living è composto da una cucina attrezzata, un piccolo spazio per pranzare e rilassarsi. Camera matrimoniale, PICCOLA 2a CAMERA ed un bagno. Sopra la TERRAZZA PRIVATA coperta guarda la chiesa e i tetti.

This beautiful, detached house is located in the old town of Bozzano, a village near Lake Massaciuccoli, at 12 km from the beaches of Viareggio and 15 km from Lucca. Recently renovated with local materials, the building maintains its original structure. In the surroundings, there are many naturalistic attractions, as well as historical, such as the monumental baths of the ancient Roman villa found next to the lake. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, you'll find the patio, the pool,sunbathing area, the barbecue and the wood-fired oven.

Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
